Course Description: Have you had issues deciding how to set up a document or worrying over whether or not your document is up to statutory requirements of form? Do you sometimes have trouble with who goes first or which conclusion to use? What about those appearance clauses? Do you have the correct information when dealing with immovables? Familial docs?-all of which require specific changes to the basic appearance clauses. Did you know Orleans Parish has a totally different way to set up their forms? Come join us and fit the pieces together so you can put those worries to rest!
